Fabiana Resto is a licensed attorney whose practice is defined by rigorous academic preparation, comprehensive legal training, and a steadfast commitment to client advocacy. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico–Carolina, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a concentration in Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology.
Ms. Resto served as Vice President of the Federal Bar Association’s UPR Student Chapter, was an active member of the UPR Pro Bono Law Program, and participated in the Judicial Branch’s Legal Tutoring Program at the San Juan Court of First Instance. She also served as a Collaborator for the University of Puerto Rico Law Review, reflecting her legal research and writing capabilities.
